Metabolic conditioning (METCON) workouts are designed to push your body, combining strength and endurance training to increase your overall fitness level.

METCON workouts are highly effective in promoting fat loss and help building lean muscle tissue. The fast paced nature of this class means you’ll be training to near exhaustion, burning more calories and maximising results.

Experience a high-energy, full-body workout with our 45-minute HIIT gym class! High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines bursts of intense exercise with short recovery periods, maximizing calorie burn and boosting metabolism.

Led by experienced trainers, this dynamic class targets strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness, making every minute count towards your fitness goals.
