Why don't you show prices on the website?

Because the right package depends entirely on where you're starting from. A client coming back from surgery needs something different from an athlete chasing a personal best. We'd rather have a five-minute conversation and give you an honest answer than quote a number that might not fit your situation.


How does the free consultation work?

It's a 30 minute in-person meeting with one of our coaches. No obligation, no sales pitch. We'll talk about what you're looking for, what you've tried before, and whether PEAK is the right fit. If it is, we'll walk you through options. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.


Are there contracts or lock-in periods?

No. Every package is a fixed block of sessions. You pay for what you use, train through your sessions, and decide from there. There are no rolling memberships.


What if I want to train more than once a week?

Most clients train two to three times a week. We can structure any package around your schedule — just let us know during your consultation and we'll build something that works.
